To the people reading about Peter Griffith:
Peter Griffiths was the top Crown Attorney in the
Eastern District; he was the Director and was answerable to Michael
Coates (Assistant to the Deputy Minister- another dead beat)
that works for Bob Runciman. Peter Griffiths handled the Jan
3 charges; he ordered the charges dropped Feb 15/95. He was caught
fixing by withholding evidence. He handled the Feb 15 and May
10 breaking condition charges (which he was aware I had no conditions
as he ordered charges dropped Feb 15). On May 12, he handled
the bail hearing for me, he had a doctor come in (Kunjukrishnan)
to assess me if I could keep conditions, before he had seen me
(the doctor) he was told by Griffiths that I broke the conditions
Feb 15 and May 10, in which I had none, he then told the doctor
I was on probation which I wasn't, he then told the doctor that
I was charged with a drug offence on Jan 3, when I was on bail.
I was arrested and jailed on Jan 3 on three counts of printing
defamatory statements. As you see by the police report Jan 3/95
I was charged with printing defamatory statements. If you look
from page 28 (court transcript
May 12) Griffiths withdraws charges he does this after the
doctor has testified and left. On page
29 Peter Griffiths withdraws further evidence the C.P.I.C.
Which was about the drug charges, he withdraws all this evidence
after the doctor (Dr. Kunjukrishnan) testified that I broke all
kinds of conditions and that he does not believe I can come them
because of the evidence. If you look at the police
report Jan 3/95 and read it you will see that not one word
is mentioned about drug charges. Mr. Griffiths's witness Const.
Quinn reads C.P.I.C. and gives a description of me, where I live
and gives the occurrence
# 38755, if you look at the top of the police report of three
charges of printing defamatory statements the occurrence # is
38755, there is not one word mentioned about drugs. This is not
the first time I have had problems with people giving evidence

court clerk giving false evidence that charges on Feb 15 were
remanded. On page 6 the judge
agrees with me that what is going on is retarded, and gives evidence
against the court clerk One last thing about Feb 16 pages from
transcript, the crown attorney is saying that I still have Jan
3 charges, one of the charges of printing defamatory statements
was against a law firm by the name of Barnes, Sammon & Naftel,
as you see the lawyers name representing me is Bruce Simpson
do not laugh to hard he works for Barnes, Sammon & Naftel
law firm, I found this out 1 month later. And if you think this
is a conflict of interest, or there is something wrong here,
the doctors at the Royal Ottawa will say that you are delusional
to think that there is something wrong.

In the bible it says that lawyers are hypocrites you
are definitely one, your being sued and your going to jail. Say
hi to your buddy Berzins.
