Counsel to the Attorney General of Ontario, YOU PROMISED ME A
CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION into  ANDRE
BERZIN,
PETER GRIFFITH, Dr. Bradford and POLICE for falsifying evidence and
Trial Fixing 2 years ago".
Unfortunately all it got me was more time in jail and thrown
in the Royal Ottawa for Drug testing. It was a great way to shut
me up for a few months they thought. Well, I didn't shut up and
don't intend to. What is happening is wrong and JUSTICE needs
to be served to those who are responsible for the DIS-REGARD
to the actual laws and human rights of Canadians. Those who twist
the law to suit their own cause will eventually HAVE TO PAY.
It

Police/Crown/Dr.s. Statements sometimes are more
damaging
than helpful. However in the case of David Roberts the testimonies
actually proved Dave was telling the truth all along and it was
actually the police and crown along with a doctor from the Royal
Ottawa who all caused David Roberts to be another CRACK IN THE
SYSTEM. THIS SITE IS HERE TO TAKE THAT WALL DOWN To BE SEEN AND

Extreme
ABUSE of Canadian Rights calls for EXTREME REPRIMANDS!
I had a Court Appearance
on Feb. 15, 1995 for
a bogus charge (Jan. 3, 1995) of "Printing defamatory material
on Barnes, Simon and Naftel Law firm, Judge Mac Donald and Crown
Attorney Andrejs Brerzin.". On that day when David Roberts
went to court the case was withdrawn. However,
eager police
were aware of Dave and apprehended him in the courthouse as he
was aware of being under surveillance since he had entered courtroom
#5. In Dave's own words "They (the court security) beat
and tortured me while I was in their custody to the tune of needing
to be hospitalized. I was taken to the Riverside and treated
for arm and facial abrasions. Then charged me with Breech of
Condition of NOT TO BE AT THE COURTHOUSE UNLESS FOR S SCHEDULED
COURT APPEARANCE." "Not
once had I ever entered into
an agreement to any conditions on Feb. 15th when I was let go
FREE with the charges being withdrawn from Jan 3rd. I had
no conditions at that time and therefore the police had no RIGHT
to apprehend me for being at the Courthouse " says David
Roberts.
On May 10 Dave was charged with "Breaking the condition
to stay away from Andrejs Berzin".
Conditions that were set Jan 3rd, but withdrawn with the charges
on Feb. 15th, 1995.
HERE's WHERE IT GETS CONFUSING.
"The System covered up for years that I had court on Feb.
15 th 1995. The charges were withdrawn, by withholding
information and falsifying evidence. Can you imagine that
people could be this cruel in our justice system? For years when
they said that I did NOT have court, many many officials I would
hold up the Feb. 15th transcript to. The Officials would
also cover up by falsifying their reports by ignoring the fact
that the TRANSCRIPTS themselves showed that everyone's statements
were falsified pertaining to "MY NOT HAVING COURT FEB. 15th"
The Ottawa Police, Crown Attorney Andrejs Berzin and Dr.
John Bradford (a friend of Andrejs Berzin) from the Royal Ottawa
Hospital went to great lengths to make me appear insane for saying
I had Court Feb. 15th, 1995. They incarcerated me
May 10 -June 6 in jail and then from June 6 - Aug. 21 in
the Royal Ottawa Hospital."

was arrested again in 98 but the charges were thrown out 8 months
later...again.
